The Ask Marius project was a very unique one. Part real estate brokerage, part biography – this website was meant to bring the broker to the people. With such a heavy saturation of local, regional and national brokers and brokerages, this was an attempt to approach the client in a unique fashion, where all the fluff is cut away.
The website is a simple, side menu, single-page slider, all an attempt to break the mould, and yet provide a classy and honest summary of the broker and listings.
The project included a simple logo design, (where the hand written style and classic colours help complete the style), a double sided business card, (again with a simple message and approach), and listing postcards, (to mail to a target market).
